In a recent system update<\/a>, we introduced an enhancement to our List Management feature\u2014the ‘Arranged By’ field. This improvement grants operators the power to add, edit, or remove entries within their ‘Arranged By’ list, ensuring that unwanted duplicates or outdated information can be removed from Limo Anywhere to create a cleaner user experience for your reservationists.<\/p>\n

Using the ‘Arranged By’ Field”<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Operators can use the \u2018Arranged By\u2019 field on reservations in a number of ways. Whether that\u2019s tracking the booking method for reservations (ex. email, phone, text) or monitoring who took an action external to Limo Anywhere (ex. confirmation calls to affiliates, special events). It is also a useful function when managing situations where a shared login might be accessing your system to manage reservations (ex. answering services or temporary employees).<\/p>\n

Adding \u2018Arranged By\u2019 Field Options <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

You can add data to the \u2018Arranged By\u2019 field in two ways either in the List Management section of Limo Anywhere or by adding the information in a reservation.<\/p>\n

List Management<\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select \u2018My Office\u2019 from the navigation bar and click the \u2018List Management\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u2018Arranged By\u2019 from the left side of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    3. Click the \u2018Add New Arranged By\u2019 link at the top right of the Arranged by Listing screen.<\/p>\n

    4. To inactivate a listing item click the blue linked item you want to change and select \u2018Inactive\u2019 from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    5. You can also update information by entering new information in the field and clicking \u2018Update\u2019 or you can remove an entry from Limo Anywhere altogether by clicking the \u2018Delete\u2019 button.<\/p>\n

    In a Reservation<\/u><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. When entering a new reservation, scroll down to the \u2018Arr. By\u2019 field.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the desired text into the field.<\/li>\n
    3. Once you click \u2018SAVE RESERVATION\u2019 the system will add the new information to the List Management section of Limo Anywhere.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
