The screenshot below will show you an example of some of the information you might find valuable. You will want to keep the \u201cDate Created\u201d box checked to determine which accounts are new.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\\\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1952\\\" src=\\\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/3-300x146.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"300\\\" height=\\\"146\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the example shown, we have chosen to export the information for reservations for the past month, but this range can be adjusted to whatever date range you would like to track (daily, weekly, quarterly, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Once you have all the appropriate parameters selected, click \u201cGenerate Export File\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\\\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1953\\\" src=\\\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/4-300x135.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"300\\\" height=\\\"135\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You will be prompted in the next window to download the exported data once it is available:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\\\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1954\\\" src=\\\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/5-300x96.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"300\\\" height=\\\"96\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once the file is open in Excel, you can manipulate the data to only show the information you need. Sorting the date created chronologically from newest to oldest will allow you to see your newest accounts.<\/p>\n<p>As shown in our sample file, we have only kept accounts created within the past 2 months (April and May):<\/p>\n<p><img class=\\\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1955\\\" src=\\\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/6-196x300.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"196\\\" height=\\\"300\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you have your edited data set, you can use this information to see new companies and retail clients that have been booking trips and how you would like to follow up for repeat business.
