Using the ReadBack Script functionality available within Limo Anywhere is an excellent way to ensure that crucial information is effectively and accurately communicated to your customers when booking over the phone. ReadBack Scripts give employees the ability to read back a summary of the trip to ensure everything is correct.<\/p>\n

In this blog we\u2019ll cover how to enable ReadBack Scripts, how to set up the specific scripts you wish to use, and how frequently they appear to your reservationists.<\/p>\n

Enable ReadBack Scripts<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click the \u2018My Office\u2019 icon in the Navigation Bar<\/li>\n
  2. Select the \u2018Company Settings\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the \u2018Company Preferences\u2019 button, then select the \u2018Reservations\u2019 button.<\/li>\n
  4. There will be two settings related to ReadBack Scripts: \u2018Produce ReadBack script on first save\u2019 and \u2018Produce ReadBack script on all saves\u201d.\n

    1. Select \u2018Yes\u2019 from the dropdown on the option most appropriate for your company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Click the \u2018Update My Company Preferences\u2019 button at the bottom of the screen to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \\\"\\\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Creating ReadBack Script Templates<\/strong><\/p>\n

      ReadBack Scripts are dynamic and can populate with unique reservation data by using the available Trip Tags in the system.<\/p>\n

      1. Click the \u2018My Office\u2019 icon in the Navigation Bar<\/li>\n
      2. Select the \u2018Company Settings\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n
      3. Click the \u2018ReadBack Script Templates\u2019 button<\/li>\n
      4. Enter a name in the \u2018Template Name\u2019 field<\/li>\n
      5. Select the Service Type associated with this ReadBack Script template. You can Select All or choose specific service types (ex. you might have a different ReadBack Script for Airport Arrivals explaining grace periods, meet and greet instructions, fees, etc.)<\/li>\n
      6. Enter the text for your ReadBack Script and insert the relevant Trip Tags for dynamic content.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Use Cases for ReadBack Scripts<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Remind your customer service representatives to collect flight information on Airport Arrivals\/Pick-Ups.<\/li>\n
        • Communicate the specific vehicles associated with a Service Type (ex. Please make sure to only assign 40-pax, 44-pax, or 55-pax shuttle\/bus on Charter trips).<\/li>\n
