Limo Anywhere\u2019s status mapping functionality allows your system to interpret the status a trip is in, so that features associated with that state or status can be deployed. While many users customize the name of their statuses, it is important to ensure that your statuses are mapped to the appropriate state to avoid creating inefficiencies or potential operator errors.<\/p>\n

There are few steps you can take to optimize how this will work for your company.<\/p>\n

Customizing and Managing Trip Statuses For Your Business<\/strong><\/p>\n

Statuses are primarily used to let employees in your company know what is going on with each reservation. A status lets interested parties know the situation of a reservation at a particular time such as \u2018On The Way\u2019, \u2018Arrived\u2019, \u2018Assigned\u2019, \u2018Cancelled\u2019, etc.<\/p>\n

To\u00a0 add, edit, or deactivate statuses:<\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click on \u2018My Office<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n
  2. in the \u2018Company Settings<\/strong>\u2018 tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Select \u2018System Settings<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n
  4. Then select \u2018System Mapping<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Adding a new status<\/u><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Click the \u2018+ Add Status<\/strong>\u2018 link at the top left of the \u2018System Mapping<\/strong>\u2018 section.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter a unique status \u2018Code\u2019 and \u2018Name\u2019.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the \u2018Color\u2019 you would like this status to display on the \u2018Calendar\u2019 and \u2018Dispatch\u2019 screen.<\/li>\n
    4. Click the \u2018Add<\/strong>\u2018 button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Editing a status<\/u><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Hover over an already created status and click the pencil icon.<\/li>\n
      2. The \u2018Edit<\/strong>\u2018 section for that status will appear.<\/li>\n
      3. Edit the \u2018Name<\/strong>\u2019 and\/or \u2018Color<\/strong>\u2019.
        \nNote: You will not be able to edit the \u2018Code<\/strong>\u2019 after it has been created.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the \u2018Update<\/strong>\u2018 button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Deactivating a Status<\/u><\/p>\n

        There are 2 ways to deactivate a status. You can drag a drop the status under \u2018Inactive Statuses\u2019 section or follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

        1. Hover over an already created status and click the \u2018X<\/strong>\u2018 icon.<\/li>\n
        2. The status will automatically move to \u2018Inactive Statuses<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n
        3. Edit the \u2018Name<\/strong>\u2019 and\/or \u2018Color<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n
        4. Click the \u2018Update<\/strong>\u2018 button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Mapping Statuses to States<\/u><\/p>\n

          To map the status for the Operator and Driver flows:<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Click on \u2018My Office<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. in the \u2018Company Settings<\/strong>\u2018 tab.<\/li>\n
            2. Select \u2018System Settings<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n
            3. Then select \u2018System Mapping<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n
            4. Drag and drop your statuses to the appropriate state.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Below are the explanations for \u2018Operator Flow\u2018<\/strong> and an example of mapping statuses is provided. The States marked \u2018Optional\u2018<\/strong>\u00a0do not need to have statuses mapped to them.<\/p>\n

              1. Created \u2013 Status of an unassigned Trip.<\/li>\n
              2. Booked (Unaccepted Online\/Farm-in) \u2013 (Optional) Status of an unaccepted trip received via ORES or LANet.<\/li>\n
              3. Offered (Partner Farm-in) \u2013 (Optional) Status of an unaccepted trip received from Third-Party Partner.<\/li>\n
              4. Offered to Driver \u2013 Status of the trip when offered to a Driver.<\/li>\n
              5. Offered to Affiliate \u2013 Status of the trip when offered to an Affiliate.<\/li>\n
              6. Driver Is Assigned \u2013 Status of the trip when Driver accepts a trip.<\/li>\n
              7. Affiliate Is Assigned \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when farmed-out to Affiliate.<\/li>\n
              8. Affiliate Driver Is Assigned \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when Affiliate Driver has been assigned.<\/li>\n
              9. Cancelled \u2013 Status of the trip when it has been cancelled.<\/li>\n
              10. Late Cancelled\u00a0\u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when it has been cancelled close to the PU Date & Time.<\/li>\n
              11. No Show \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when a passenger does not show for pickup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                2. Affiliate Driver Is En Route To Pickup \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when Affiliate Driver is on the way to pickup.<\/li>\n
                3. Driver Is Circling \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when Driver is waiting\/circling at pickup.<\/li>\n
                4. Affiliate Driver Is Circling \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when Affiliate Driver is waiting\/circling at pickup.<\/li>\n
                5. Driver Is Waiting At Pickup \u2013 Status of the trip when Driver is on location.<\/li>\n
                6. Affiliate Driver Is Waiting At Pickup \u2013 Status of the trip when Driver is on location.<\/li>\n
                7. Driving Passenger \u2013 Status of the trip when Driver has picked up the passenger.<\/li>\n
                8. Affiliate Driver Is Driving Passenger \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when Affiliate Driver has picked up the passenger.<\/li>\n
                9. Driver Is Waiting At Stop \u2013 (Optional) Status of the trip when Driver has passenger but is waiting at a location.<\/li>\n
                10. Completing \u2013 Status of the trip when Driver has dropped off passenger and is in the process of closing the trip.<\/li>\n
                11. Completed \u2013 Status of the trip when the driver has closed out the trip.<\/li>\n
                12. Driver Statuses Out of Flow \u2013 Statuses the Driver can use but does not fall inside of the Driver Workflow.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Setting Up Status to Time Mapping<\/u><\/p>\n

                  1. Select the \u2018Status to Time Mapping<\/strong>\u2018 link at the top of \u2018System Mapping<\/strong>\u2018 section.<\/li>\n
                  2. Select the appropriate status from the drop-down list that corresponds to the time field. Example: \u2018On The Way\u2019 status would be selected for \u2018Garage-Out Time\u2019<\/li>\n
                  3. Set the \u2018Overwrite Already Saved Time Values\u2019 to \u2018Yes\u2019 or \u2018No\u2019.<\/li>\n
                  4. Click the \u2018Update<\/strong>\u2018 button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
