They determine what\u2019s included and who receives each message by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reviewing and configuring these settings helps keep emails consistent and aligned with your day-to-day workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Accessing Your Standard Email Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the \u201cMy Office\u201d icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the \u201cCompany Settings\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open \u201cMessaging &amp; Template Settings\u201d from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the \u201cStandard Settings\u201d tab. Once there, you\u2019ll see additional menu items including General, Email Header Templates, Invoices, Notifications, Document Mapping, and SMS Templates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: These settings apply globally and affect all system-generated emails unless overridden at the time an email is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The General section controls the default behavior of system-generated emails, including confirmations and payment receipts. individual user\u2019s email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose this based on whether replies should go to a shared inbox or directly back to the user who created or sent the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Do not select secondary email addresses on Email\/Fax dialog by default<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This setting controls whether secondary email addresses are automatically selected when sending emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No: All email addresses on the contact record may be selected by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes: Only the primary email address is selected unless additional addresses are manually chosen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Setting this to Yes helps prevent duplicate emails and reduces confusion about which address a client will reply from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Always include PDF version (attachment)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This controls whether a PDF version of the document is automatically attached to outgoing emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yes: PDFs, such as confirmations or invoices, are attached by manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Resend Modified Confirmations On Save<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This controls whether confirmation emails are automatically resent when a reservation is modified and Taken<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This setting determines whether a receipt is automatically emailed when a payment is captured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yes: Clients receive a receipt immediately after payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No: Receipts must be sent manually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enabling this often reduces follow-up questions about payment status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Send Copies of All Outgoing Confirmations to Reservations Email<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This controls whether confirmation emails are automatically copied to the reservations email address listed in Company Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yes: Internal copies are sent automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No: No internal copies are sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is helpful for internal visibility and recordkeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Send Copies of All Outgoing Payment Receipts to
