Points of Interest (POIs) simplify your reservation process by storing your most common locations directly in your system. Whether it\u2019s a hotel, restaurant, or wedding venue, using POIs keeps details consistent and saves time on data entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019re especially useful when onboarding new reservationists or working with an overnight call center. With POIs in place, your team can confidently select the right location, even when they\u2019re not as familiar with your area or when multiple venues share similar names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a POI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to add POIs in Limo Anywhere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Company Resource<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Click the \u201cMy Office\u201d icon and open the \u201cCompany Resources\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Select \u201cPoints of Interest (POI)\u201d on the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Choose an option from the \u201cParent Category\u201d dropdown. To create a new category, click the \u201c\u2026\u201d button to open the \u201cManage POI Type\u201d screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Enter the name and address of the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. (Optional) Add Special Instructions\/Directions for your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Click \u201cADD NEW POI\u201d to save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
