Our 2nd<\/sup>-ever LA Academy<\/strong> brought customers together for a full day dedicated to learning, connection, and optimization. For six hours, we explored ways to get the most out of the Limo Anywhere platform \u2014 and just as importantly, we listened to your feedback in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To start the day, we launched a live poll of more than 100 operators. The results gave us a powerful snapshot of what matters most in the chauffeured transportation world \u2014 from business challenges to future technology priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People Power the Industry \u2014 and the Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDrivers are still what keep me up at night.\u201d \u2014 LA Academy Attendee<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than half of respondents (53%)<\/strong> said that drivers<\/em> are their biggest ongoing challenge \u2014 more than competition, insurance, or even the economy.
That finding reinforces a simple truth: people are the backbone of every successful limo and black car business. Managing and supporting your teams effectively is critical, and it\u2019s an area we continue to strengthen through better dispatch tools, clearer communication options, and smarter automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efficiency Is Everything<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When asked about their most valuable rate feature<\/strong>, a striking 72%<\/strong> said ease of use and management<\/em>. And when it came to payments<\/strong>, nearly two-thirds (64%)<\/strong> chose ACH<\/em> as the feature that would help most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A majority of respondents (63%) told us they prefer self-paced online lessons<\/em>. That\u2019s why we\u2019re expanding our Limo Anywhere Learning resources<\/strong><\/a>, building new on-demand courses, and providing more flexible ways for you to train your team and master the platform \u2014 anytime, anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marketing and Growth Go Hand in Hand<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even in an increasingly digital world, word of mouth and referrals (53%)<\/strong> remain the most effective marketing channels. Still, 33%<\/strong> of operators are doubling down on digital content and SEO<\/em> to reach new audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to growth priorities, marketing<\/strong><\/a> (39%)<\/strong> topped the list, followed by fleet upgrades<\/em> and technology investments<\/em>. That mix of traditional relationship-building and digital strategy shows a balanced, forward-thinking approach \u2014 and we\u2019re committed to supporting both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
