That\u2019s why we\u2019re excited to announce a simple yet powerful update to your Online Reservation System (ORES) \u2014 the ability to display full Terms and Conditions in a scrollable box with mandatory acknowledgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s New?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve introduced a new setting that allows you to display your full Terms and Conditions in a scrollable container directly within the ORES booking widget. Before a passenger can complete a booking, they must check an \u201cAccept\u201d checkbox to confirm they\u2019ve read and agreed to your terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the checkbox is left unchecked, it will be highlighted in red when the user clicks \u201cBook Now,\u201d preventing the booking from proceeding until it&#8217;s acknowledged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Changed (And Why It Matters)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, ORES allowed you to link to your Terms and Conditions, but passengers weren\u2019t required to view them. There was no way to confirm whether the person booking had seen the terms, and that created a weak point in the case of disputes and chargebacks.<br>Now, this new pattern ensures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passengers must view and accept your terms before booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There\u2019s a recordable user action confirming acknowledgment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You gain a stronger position in chargeback disputes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In essence, this new step helps demonstrate intent and agreement \u2014 two critical elements that increase your chances of winning payment disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Enable It<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can enable the feature in just a few clicks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to:<br><strong>My Office > Company Settings > Online Reservations > ORES &amp; Mobile<\/strong><br>Then, turn on the setting for the scrollable Terms and Conditions box, and save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Note: This feature requires that Terms and Conditions are already assigned to your ORES account.
