Setting Up Miscellaneous Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to \u201cMy Office\u201d in the top menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the \u201cRate Management\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select \u201cSystem Rate Manager\u201d from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the \u201cAdd New Rate\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Under the \u201cFixed Rate\u201d tab, set the Rate Group to Miscellaneous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Give the rate a clear name, such as \u201cHoliday Bonus\u201d, \u201cEarly\/Late Shift Fee\u201d, or \u201cClean Up Fee.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Leave the Default Amt blank, you\u2019ll define the fee amount and rules in the next step.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click \u201cSave.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once the rate is saved, apply rules through the Miscellaneous Fees section:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select \u201cMiscellaneous Fees\u201d in the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click \u201cAdd New Fee.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the rate you just created under \u201cAssociate with Rate.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Set the Type to Mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Optionally, apply the fee to a specific Service Type, Vehicle Type, or Airport Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Enter a name in the Miscellaneous Fee Name field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Set the amount in the Miscellaneous Fee Amount field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Choose the relevant date and time conditions for when the fee should apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Click \u201cSave.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Configuring Fees in Driver Payroll<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To ensure your drivers are paid for these fees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Navigate to \u201cMy Office\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select the \u201cCompany Resources\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the appropriate name from the list and click \u201cEDIT DRIVER\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Go to the \u201cPayroll Setup\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Create a new pay schedule or edit an existing stored schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Locate the new miscellaneous fee in the pay schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Check the box next to the fee name and enter the percentage you\u2019d like to pay out to the driver. You can choose to pay 100% of the fee or only a portion, depending on your preference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        NOTE: <\/strong>Each Vehicle Type in your system can have one pay schedule per driver. This means Driver A and Driver B can have different pay rates for the same Vehicle Type (for example, sedans), but each driver can only have one active pay schedule per Vehicle Type. If your new fee doesn\u2019t appear in a driver\u2019s pay schedule, you may need to delete and recreate the schedule to refresh the available line items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
