That\u2019s where the Account Priority feature in Limo Anywhere comes in. This setting makes it easier for your team to identify high-touch clients at a glance, both on the Dispatch Grid and in your reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Is Account Priority?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limo Anywhere includes three account priority levels: Normal, VIP, and VVIP. Click Update Dispatch Grid Fields to apply your changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once saved, priority clients will be highlighted in your chosen color. If the account has notes, you\u2019ll see a notepad icon you can hover over for quick reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"344\" height=\"100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Priority-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11657\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"496\" height=\"130\" src=\"https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Priority-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11658\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Priority-9.png 496w, https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Priority-9-400x105.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 496px) 100vw, 496px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exporting a List of VIP and VVIP Clients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the \u201cAccounts\u201d icon in the Navigation Bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the \u201cExport Customers\u201d tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are looking to run a complete list of clients, make sure that the box for \u2018Include All Dates\u2019 is ticked, otherwise choose the date range for Reservations you are looking for (ex. maybe you only want to run a list of account who have booked sometime within the last year).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check \u2018Include All Fields\u2019 or choose the individual fields you would like included on the report (ex. First Name, Last Name, Email Addresses, Account Priority).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional) check the \u2018Date Created\u2019 option, this will allow you to easily identify when an account was created so that you can identify new accounts vs. older accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the \u2018Accounts that are:\u2019 option, choose the appropriate radio button (Active, Inactive, Both).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u2018Generate Export File\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the .csv file and you can edit, filter, and sort the data appropriately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"621\" height=\"152\" src=\"https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Priority-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11659\" style=\"width:739px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Priority-10.png 621w, https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Priority-10-400x98.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 621px) 100vw, 621px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> On the export file, accounts with a &#8220;Normal&#8221; priority will show as NP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have any tips of your own for managing VIP clients in Limo Anywhere?
