With one of our latest updates, the \u2018Send SMS\u2019<\/strong> option from the Dispatch Grid<\/strong> is now integrated with Messaging Manager<\/a><\/strong>, allowing for faster and more effective communication with drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s Changing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Previously, dispatchers had to use separate workflows to send SMS messages to drivers. Now, the \u2018Send SMS\u2019<\/strong> button in the Dispatch Grid will directly open Messaging Manager<\/a><\/strong>, pre-filling the driver\u2019s phone number\u2014just as it already does for passenger messaging from reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Messaging Manager<\/strong> is enabled in your system, selecting \u2018Send SMS\u2019<\/strong> will trigger a pop-up window with the driver\u2019s number automatically populated, allowing you to send a message instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
