Enabling ReadBack Scripts in Limo Anywhere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select \u2018My Office\u2019 from the navigation bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the \u2018Company Settings\u2019 tab, choose \u2018Company Preferences\u2019 then select \u2018Reservations\u2019 from the lefthand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. There are two options avaialble for ReadBack Scripts: \u2018Produce ReadBack Script on First Save\u2019 and \u2018Produce ReadBack Script on All Saves.\u2019
    Set the dropdown for the setting that best fits your workflow to \u2018Yes.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the \u2018Update My Company Preferences\u2019 \u00a0button to save your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. Name Your Template<\/strong>: In the \u2018Template Name\u2019 field, give your script an identifiable name (e.g., Airport Arrivals\u2019 or \u2018Medical Transportation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select Service Types<\/strong>: Assign the script to specific service types (e.g., Airport Arrival, Wedding, Prom) or select all to apply the template to all service types.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
