Click on the check box to the left of the words \u2018Incident Report\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Move the \u2018Incident Report\u2019 column to the appropriate location on your grid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Click the \u2018Update Dispatch Grid Fields\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once an incident is added, a red flag icon will appear in the Incident column.
