This blog covers setting your wait time rates, establishing grace periods, and how chauffeurs can start and end wait times in Driver Anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Configuring Wait Time and Grace Periods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click \u201cMy Office\u201d in the Navigation Bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the \u201cCompany Settings\u201d Tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cCompany Preferences\u201d from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cDriverAnywhere.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the appropriate rate from the \u201cMap to Rate\u201d section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the per minute rate for each Vehicle Type that you intend to charge Wait Time for.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"791\" height=\"423\" src=\"https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/wait-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/wait-1.png 791w, https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/wait-1-400x214.png 400w, https:\/\/www.limoanywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/wait-1-768x411.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 791px) 100vw, 791px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select \u201cUpdate my Company Preferences\u201d to save changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Initiating Wait Time in Driver Anywhere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once a driver has updated their status to \u201cArrived\u201d in Driver Anywhere (or to any status that is mapped to the \u201cDriver is Waiting at Pickup\u201d section of the Driver Flow), an option will appear that allows them to initiate Wait Time.
