In response to our rapidly growing customer base, which now exceeds 5,500 operators globally, we are preparing to augment our system significantly. This\u202f<strong>upgrade is scheduled for Sunday May 19th, between 1-2 AM Central Time<\/strong>, and marks a substantial investment in our commitment to providing you with improved performance, stability, and scalability.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To prepare for this major upgrade, we have initiated a code freeze to ensure a smooth transition of our systems. During this period, our focus will be on fine-tuning our services in anticipation of the migration.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have chosen Amazon&#8217;s renowned AWS cloud services as our new platform. This move will boost our services&#8217; reliability and ensure that we can continue to support our ongoing expansion without compromising performance.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new infrastructure will enhance our system&#8217;s capacity and include state-of-the-art monitoring tools that facilitate faster response times and overall reliability. A team of top-tier migration experts will oversee this transition, aiming to minimize any<strong>\u202fservice interruptions to less than 60 minutes. Limo Anywhere will be unavailable for use during this time window,\u202f<\/strong>so please plan accordingly.\u202f<strong>We may be down for longer, so please make backup plans.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to this technical upgrade window, we encourage you to\u202f<strong>take any necessary steps\u202f<\/strong>to ensure your operations will be minimally disrupted\u202f<strong><em>(e.g. downloading your passenger manifests for the timeframe in question)<\/em><\/strong>.
