How to Get Started

1. Design Your Custom Form: Create a form that reflects your business’s style and includes all the necessary information for your customers. Make sure you include the new payment request link tags.
2. Map Your Form in Document Mapping: Navigate to the document mapping section and select the appropriate fields for your new payment request form.
3. Start Sending Customized Requests: Once mapped, all payment requests sent from your payment terminals will automatically use your new custom form, including your chosen payment request link.

Important Note: These features work exclusively with the LA Pay gateway. Please ensure that LA Pay is set as your default gateway.

2. Direct Bill Payment Option (PWA): Accounts with direct bill set as their preferred payment method can now easily select this option during transactions.

3. Simplified Reservation Review (PWA): After completing a reservation, users can now return to the “Book My Ride” page by simply pressing the back button.

4. Driver Photo Interface Improvement (PWA): Enhanced the driver photo display, ensuring a smoother experience even when a driver’s photo is unavailable.

5. Credit Card Validation Upgrade (PWA): We’ve improved our credit card validation process, increasing the accuracy in detecting valid card numbers.

6. Streamlined State Selection (PWA): For credit card billing addresses outside the United States, state selection is now a mandatory step to ensure accuracy.

7. LA Pay Interface Updates: We’ve updated several column titles in the LA Pay Credit Card Transaction Summary, making them more clear and user-friendly.

8. Flight Tracking Expansion: We now support flight tracking for Corendon Dutch Airlines.

Bug Fixes:

1. International Phone Number Issue (PWA): Resolved a glitch where some reservations booked with international phone numbers were missing the phone number once imported into Limo Anywhere.

2. Payment Detail Entry Fix (PWA): Fixed an issue that was preventing some users from entering their payment details correctly.

• Enhanced Dispatch Screen Technology: We’ve updated the underlying technology of our dispatch screen. This improvement removes the need for a full browser refresh to update information in the dispatch window.
• Real-Time Information Streaming: Trip updates from any part of the Limo Anywhere ecosystem are now streamed directly to the Dispatch window in real-time, eliminating the need for browser refresh.
• Visual Highlight for Updated Trips: Trips that receive updates will have a noticeable highlight or glow, making it easier to identify changes as they happen.
• Improved Performance and User Experience: The dispatch window is now more performant, offering a better user experience with decreased load times and no need for refreshing.
• Enhanced System Stability: This update is part of our ongoing efforts to increase overall system performance and stability.
• Phased Rollout: We will roll out this new dispatch engine update to our users in groups, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal functionality for all.

• DKK Currency Processing Improved: We’ve resolved an issue affecting the processing of payments in DKK currency, ensuring smoother and more reliable transactions.

• Enhanced List Management for \’Arranged By\’ Fields: Users can now add, remove, edit, and delete \’Arranged By\’ fields in List Management, offering more control and customization.
• Netherlands Antillean Guilder Added: We’ve expanded our currency options by including the Netherlands Antillean guilder, facilitating smoother transactions in this region.
• Updated Email Notification Settings: The email subject line for trips booked via ORES/PWA/DRIVEN has been updated from \”BOOKED\” to \”TRIP REQUEST PENDING\” when \’auto-accept\’ is set to NO, providing better communication with customers about their trip request status.
