Issue: Initial Quote Response Not Sending on ORES

Previously, there was an issue in the Limo Anywhere system where the Initial Quote Response email was not being sent to passengers who requested a quote on ORES. This problem occurred when the \”Email New Confirmations On First Save\” setting was set to \”NO,\” which should have only affected new confirmations, not the Initial Quote Responses. As a result, passengers were not receiving the automatic Initial Quote Response emails when they submitted a quote request.

Solution: Our team has resolved the bug, ensuring that the Initial Quote Response email now sends automatically to passengers who request a quote on ORES, regardless of the \”Email New Confirmations On First Save\” setting. This improvement helps users communicate more effectively with clients and provide timely information on reservation quotes.

Issue: Email Payment Receipt in Account

A problem arose where email addresses not marked for receiving payment receipts still appeared in the Email Payment Receipt window. This issue caused confusion and potential errors in communication.

Solution: We have fixed this issue by ensuring that only email addresses selected to receive payment receipts appear in the Email Payment Receipt window. This update reduces confusion and streamlines the process of sending payment receipts to the appropriate recipients.

Issue: Deleted Reservations Showing on iCalendar

Deleted reservations were still showing up on the iCalendar, leading to a poor user experience and potential scheduling conflicts for operators.

Solution: Our team has addressed this issue by ensuring that deleted reservations are no longer included in the iCalendar upon initial import. This update helps operators maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule with minimal confusion.

Issue: Reservation Manifest Security Improvement

To increase security and prevent potential misuse of reservation manifest link sharing, we have introduced a new verification process.

Solution: We have implemented a more secure method for sharing reservation manifests via email. When a receiver clicks the URL in the email, they will be prompted to enter a 6-character verification code, which will be sent to them in a separate email. This additional layer of security helps protect sensitive information and ensures that only authorized users can access the reservation manifest.

• Improved messaging and behavior on our Passenger Web App (PWA) if a user is trying to create an account with an email that is already in use

We have updated the error messaging and behavior on the PWA when a user used an email account login that already exists in the Operator’s Limo Anywhere system.

We will now display “Account with that email already exists” on the Checkout screen if the email address is in use and they have put in Password in the “Register” field.

• Added the Pick-Up Day\’s Name to the Trip card on DriverAnywhere

We have added the PU Day’s Name to the Trip Card in DriverAnywhere based on feedback from Operators and their Drivers.

• Added the ability to Clear search (X) on the \”Search\” screen in DriverAnywhere

We have added the ability to Clear search (X) on the \”Search\” screen in DriverAnywhere, so Drivers can easily clear out what they have typed in and searched for without having to delete the characters one-by-one.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where the automatic Payment Receipt was not being sent to the Booking Contact email address even though the email address was checked to receive Payment Receipts
• Resolved an issue with the “Vehicle Type” Report from “My Office Reports” was not including all Vehicle Types
• Resolved an issue with phone number formats and verification for some US area codes and Hungary phone numbers
• Resolved an issue with users not being able to process payments for multiple Invoices in some cases
• Resolved an issue where users could not select the State in the Billing Address on an Alias\’ Passenger Web App (PWA)
• Resolved an issue with DriverAnywhere \”Scan\” Credit Card functionality not working correctly on Driver Anywhere (iOS only)
• Resolved an issue with Stops being duplicated when added in the \”Update\” screen (iOS only)

Improvements

• Added a message about the emails being sent without the PDF attachment for Invoices that have over 100 trips

In Limo Anywhere, if you send an email from any Invoice that has over 100 trips on it and check to attach a PDF Copy, then we will send the email but the system will not attach the PDF Copy. This is to help in system performance and email deliverability.

We have now added a message to inform our Operators that a PDF will not be attached to the email and inorm them about the option to use \”Print to PDF\” functionality if they so choose. The message is \”Email sent successfully without PDF (limit 100 trips). Please use \”Print to PDF\” functionality and send via email outside of LA if needed.\”

You can use \”Print to PDF\” functionality to print any of your Limo Anywhere Forms (Confirmation, Trip Sheet, Invoice, Payment Receipt) and email that PDF to your client/affiliate/partner/etc using your email client (Outlook, GMail, etc.).

• Resolved an issue where users were receiving a 500 Internal Server Error when booking a Reservation on ORES in some cases
• Resolved an issue where the Driver could see still the Passenger’s Phone Number in DriverAnywhere even though “Hide Passenger Phone Number” in DriverAnywhere Settings was turned on
• Resolved an issue where users were unable to upload a Company Logo for an Alias company
• Resolved an issue where users were receiving a 500 Internal Server Error on ORES in some cases for Operators using Stripe as their payment gateway

• Added a Tips Overlay to Limo Anywhere Mobile

We have added a Tips Overlay to Limo Anywhere Mobile to let you know what features and functionalities are available in Limo Anywhere Mobile and the Job Cards.

This overlay will pop-up the first time you log into Limo Anywhere Mobile and you can always access by tapping the light bulb at the top of the Reservations screen.

• Added Reservation Status Colors to Reservation Job Cards in Limo Anywhere Mobile

We have added Reservation Status Colors to Reservation Job Cards in Limo Anywhere Mobile so you can quickly see the status of a Reservation based on the status colors you are using in Limo Anywhere.

The status color will display on the left side of the job card. The color of the status can be edited under My Office>System Settings>System Mapping by hovering over the status and clicking the pencil to edit.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where Address Verification was not working correctly for the Company Information screen in some cases
• Resolved an issue where the multiselect drop down lists on an Affiliate’s profile were not working correctly
• Resolved an issue where some of the Reservation Rate Line Items were missing when a reservation was created in some cases
  
• Resolved an issue where Distance was unable to calculate when the Reservation was opened from the Dispatch or Calendar screens
• Resolved an issue with opening a Reservation in Limo Anywhere Mobile when an operator did not have a payment gateway or a default payment gateway (Android)

• Updated the ‘Airport(s) Serviced’ search on the Affiliates screen under Company Resources

We have updated the ‘Airport(s) Serviced’ search field on the Affiliates screen under Company Resources to have search functionality within the list so you can easily find and select the Airport(s) you need.

• Updated the Credit Card selection list and Payments screen for an Account on PWA to include more Credit Card information

We have updated the Credit Card selection list and Payment Screen to display more information to help assist your clients, who may have a large number of credit cards on file, find and select a Credit Card. This added information may include Card Type, Card Number, Cardholder Name, and Expiration Date.

• Updated the Driver Portrait on PWA Tracking screen to display clearer in the correct size

Previously the Driver Portrait on the PWA was more rectangular and the image looked “squeezed”.

We have updated this so the Driver Portrait displays more square and is clearer to see.

• Updated the wording on the “Book This Trip” button to “Update Trip” if user is editing an existing Reservations

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where the icons for “Special Notifications/Flags” on the Dispatch Grid column were not displaying
• Resolved an issue where duplicate Credit Cards were able to be added via ORES’s Payment Methods tab for an account
• Resolved an issue with Session Expiration on PWA
• Resolved an issue where the back arrow on the ‘Payments’ screen of PWA opened the menu instead of going to the Home page

• Added ‘Alias’ filter to Advanced Search on Dispatch

We have added an ‘Alias’ filter under the ‘Advanced Search’ on Dispatch. This will allow you to see specific ‘Alias’ reservations that you need to see on Dispatch.

On the Dispatch screen:

1. Open \’Advanced Search\’
2. Select the \’Alias(es):\’ that you only want to see on Dispatch
3. Click the \’Search\’ button
4. Now you will only see the selected Alias\’ reservations

• Added Airline GG – Sky Lease I, Inc.

• Updated Airline OY from Andes Lineas Aereas to Omni Air International

• Resolved an issue where FBO and POI location types were not recognized in our Passenger Web App (PWA) and caused issue with tracking Drivers

This issue has been resolved and now these locations are recognized in PWA and the Driver Tracking is working as intended.

• Resolved an issue where the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions links were not working on Payment Request Links

This issue has been resolved and now on Reservation Payment Requests both links for “Privacy Policy” and “Terms and Conditions” will work correctly. On Account and Invoice Payment Requests ONLY the “Privacy Policy” will be linked since “Terms and Conditions” are specific to Reservations and Service Types.

• Resolved an issue where “Remember my log in details” checkbox was not working correctly on DriverAnywhere (Android version only)

This issue has been resolved so if a Driver logs in “Remember my log in details” checked, then the Company ID and Username will be remembered. They would just need to enter in their password to log in.

• Resolved an issue where users were getting an error when trying to unassign a Car, Driver, or Vehicle Type on a Reservation in Limo Anywhere Mobile

This issue has been resolved, so LA Mobile users can now assign, update/change, or unassign Car, Driver and Vehicle Type on a reservation without any issues or errors.

• Resolved an issue with our Passenger Web App (PWA) getting an “Authentication Failure” error in some cases

We have resolved an issue where PWA was giving an authentication error when a user was trying to add anew credit card to their account or book a reservation with a new credit card on LA PAY.

Now users should be able to book on PWA with LA PAY with new or stored credit cards without authentication errors.

• Resolved an issue where Credit Card fields were showing on ORES in some cases when the fields weren’t required or applicable

We have resolved an issue where the fields to enter new credit card information appeared after selecting an existing credit card from the stored payment method drop down list or selecting non-Credit Card payment method (if applicable), and completing CAPTCHA on ORES.

The issue has been resolved, so if users choose an existing credit card and fill out CAPTCHA, they will be able to complete the booking by clicking the “Submit” button. If an existing credit card is selected from the drop down list on the Step 3 of ORES, the fields to enter a new credit card will not be displayed or required.

Also if they select a non-Credit Card payment method (if applicable), then the fields to enter a new credit card will NOT be displayed or required if ORES setting “Require Credit Card on All Reservations (Except Direct Bill):” is set to “No”.

If ORES setting “Require Credit Card on All Reservations (Except Direct Bill): is set to “Yes”, then the fields to enter a new credit card will be displayed or required.

• Resolved an issue with ORES continuously spinning when a user logged into an account on Step 3 in some cases

We have resolved an issue where a user logging into their account on the Step 3 of the booking process on ORES would experience an infinite spinner on the page.

The issue has been resolved, so users should have no issues with the page spinning regardless of if they logged into their account on Step 1, or Step 3 of the booking process on ORES.

• Added CAPTCHA to the Online Reservation System (ORES) to ensure valid quote submissions or booked reservations

In order to help ensure that any submitted quote or reservation that is booked on the Online Reservation System (ORES) is valid, we have added CAPTCHA to Step 3 of the ORES.

A user of ORES must complete the CAPTCHA before they can submit a quote request or book a reservation. The CAPTCHA appears on Step 3, and after the CAPTCHA is completed, then the button to submit the Quote or Reservation will appear.
